At Jheronimus Clothing, we believe that the most sustainable garment is the one you already own. That's why Repair & Care is not an extra service, but an integral part of our brand. From small repairs to extensive alterations: we extend the lifespan of clothing and keep materials in circulation.

Repair service

Is your clothing damaged, worn out, or in need of an alteration? Our social workshop in ’s‑Hertogenbosch performs repairs and alterations with care and craftsmanship.

What we do, among other things:

  • Replace or repair zippers

  • Repair seams and tears

  • Adjust sleeves or lengths

  • Reinforcements on worn areas

  • Restore embroidery and prints

👉 Non-Jheronimus clothing is also welcome.

How it works:

  1. Submit your request via the form

  2. You will receive an estimate of costs and lead time

  3. Repair in our social workshop

  4. Pick up or have it sent to you

Alterations & adjustments

Sometimes a garment is good, but just not good enough. By altering, we not only extend its lifespan but also improve comfort.

Examples:

  • Adjust collar

  • Add extra zipper

  • Refine fit

  • Functional adjustments for work or sport

Ideal for items you love to wear, but would otherwise remain in your closet.

Drop & Loop

Through Drop & Loop, we give materials a second life. We collect textiles, zippers, cords, and fabrics that would otherwise be lost, and reuse them for:

  • Repairs

  • Alterations

  • New (small-scale) productions

Digital Product Passport

More and more of our clothing is equipped with a Digital Product Passport. This provides insight into:

  • Origin of materials

  • Social production

  • Repair options

  • Lifespan & maintenance

For us, transparency is not marketing, but a promise.

Care – how to keep your clothes looking good for longer

Good maintenance significantly extends the lifespan.

Our basic advice:

  • Wash less, air more often

  • Wash at low temperature

  • Use mild detergent

  • Wash clothes inside out

  • Avoid the dryer
