  2. Prices: All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  3. Orders: We reserve the right to refuse orders.
  4. Payment: Payments must be made in full upon placing the order.
  5. Privacy: Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with our privacy statement.

Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy for products returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at your own expense. Please contact us in case of damage, so we can repair it in our studio.

Return Conditions:

  1. Within 14 days: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Return Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  3. Repair Service: In case of damage or defects, please contact us for repair in our studio.

Repair Service:

  • Broken clothing? We offer a repair service at a reasonable price to keep your garments in good condition longer.
  • Jheronimus Clothing: Repairs to Jheronimus Clothing are usually free of charge.

Shipping Policy

  • We aim to ship on the day of the order, but we will certainly ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code to follow your package.

Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands:

  • Orders under €150: €4.99

  • Orders from €150: Free shipping

Outside the Netherlands:

  • Orders under €250: €7.99

  • Orders from €250: Free shipping

Sustainable Shipping

We ship our products in special shipping bags with a return strip. Please keep this bag carefully, so you can return clothing for repair or alteration later if needed. Pick-up is possible at our store Hinthamerstraat 135.

  • Advantage: You don't have to purchase new packaging, which contributes to more sustainable use of materials.

  • If you have any questions about returning your clothing, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver in the Netherlands and selected countries within Europe. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about deliveries outside these regions.

Fathi – Master designer since 1978

With almost five decades of experience, Fathi is a true master of his craft. His career began in 1978 in Kurdish-Syria, where his passion for precision and design brought him to the top of the fashion industry. Fathi has worked on dresses and bespoke suits for royal weddings and the highest nobility in the Middle East. He has also been involved in designs for renowned fashion houses in Lebanon, including Elie Saab.

His impeccable craftsmanship and artistic vision are now a fundamental part of Jheronimus Clothing. Fathi shares his experience and talent with our atelier, where he inspires our team to elevate textiles into art.
