Authenticity

Authenticity & Heritage

“Old Art to New Fashion”.

At Jheronimus Clothing, it's not just about clothes.
It's about stories, about connection to a place, about art you wear.

Our designs are deeply rooted in the city of 's-Hertogenbosch and inspired by the work and philosophy of Jheronimus Bosch – perhaps the most enigmatic and visionary artist the Netherlands has ever known.

🌟 Clothing as an art form

We believe that clothing is an extension of identity.
That's why we design with a different starting point than trends or seasonal changes:
Our items tell a story. They refer to paintings, symbols, and characters from Bosch's universe.

🖼️ For example:

  • Hidden devils in embroideries
  • Events in and around the Huis van Bosch & Jheronimus Bosch Art Center
  • Designs that refer to Bosch's vision of humanity and society

Our clothing is intended for people who dare to think differently. Who want to wear their values.

🏛️ Connected to 's-Hertogenbosch

We are proud that as a brand we not only owe our name to Jheronimus Bosch, but also that we are rooted in his city:

  • Our studio and workshop are located in 's-Hertogenbosch
  • We collaborate with local partners and are deeply intertwined with 's-Hertogenbosch
  • We supply stores rooted in the city and its culture
  • Our storefront is located at Hinthamerstraat 135

With this deep connection, we continue to build on the cultural heritage of our city – in a modern, responsible form.

✍️ Original, honest designs

Every collection is created with care.
No standard blanks with prints. No sourcing from faraway countries.

Our designs are:

  • Conceived and designed in collaboration with the makers
  • Locally produced in small batches
  • Made with organic fabrics and subtle embroideries and prints.

We are unconventional, just like Bosch. And we stay true to our compass.

👁️ Unique in form, honest in content

For us, authenticity also means being honest.
About how it's made. By whom. And why.
That's why we always link our designs to transparent information: through our [product passport], through stories on social media, and through our community at events.

Our pieces may not be for everyone.
But they are for people who want to express something with their clothing.
